Meet Dr. Meredith

The body is an amazing puzzle. When I went to Physical Therapy school, the “core,” was considered a fitness fad, yet my experience as a Pilates and Personal Trainer focused on the core and myofascial systems as the center of all movement.

As athletes achieve new heights and interest in everyday fitness continues to grow, our understanding of peak performance and optimal recovery evolves.

Working in the industry since 1998, I seek to share my discovery with you: Each individual can build his/her own toolbox of everyday habits and fitness practices to decrease chronic muscle tension, become stronger with each decade, tap into uncovered sport potential, and ultimately feel not good, but GREAT through movement.

Simply working harder, however, is not the answer. We all run out of time, energy, and ultimately hit a plateau or injury.

You can discover which movements will help you feel amazing in your body, and stay off the sidelines of sport, fitness, and life. I seek to make these strategies accessible to everyone anywhere, whether you have 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or seek complete workouts.
